Main Storyline: Shale's Canon
Shale was born as a wild elkh in the forests of the Bukh Mountains. As the son of the herd leader, he was well liked despite his propensity for getting into trouble. For the first section of his life, he was the average wild fawn. On the eve of his birthday, the day when he was supposed to graduate into adulthood, he fell from a cliff. Shale was rushed to the nearby village of Tuil to recieve care from the town's human doctors. Shale was left at the village and begrudgenly recived care and support for his injuries. Living in a new place, having to get used to a wheelchair, and struggling to make friends; Shale must now figure out how he wants to live his life.
